Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with general law (§ 7 para. 1 DDG). However, under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, I am not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement becomes known. Upon becoming aware of any such infringement, I will remove the relevant content immediately.

This site and app contain links to external third-party websites (e.g. the web app at app.chorenut.app, or font and hosting providers) over whose content I have no influence. I therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was identifiable at that time. Continuous monitoring of linked pages without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable. I will remove such links immediately upon becoming aware of any legal infringement.
